​We strive for all of our customers to be 100% satisfied with our products and our service; however, if you are not completely satisfied please reach out with an explanation within 30 days of your purchase and we will replace it or issue a refund. It is our goal to have happy customers!

Current shipments will be around 4-6 business days or earlier with the current busy season. We strive to send out orders as soon as possible but since we're going into the winter, our business skyrockets and we need a little more time! Thank you for understanding!
